Manage Groups
Every organization in one table, with its teams loaded when you expand a row. Search group names, leaders and students at once. Quick filters, saved views and CSV export.
Templates and combo templates
Save seats, price type and courses once. A combo template creates the organization and its first team in one step.
Seats you can trust
The seat pool is worked out at the top organization and shared by its teams. Over-capacity groups are flagged and counted.
People
Add a new or existing user to a group as student or leader. Missing accounts are created with the standard new-user email.
Merge Groups
Move a team, merge two organizations, or merge two teams. A comparison step shows course mapping, student overlap and expired students first.
Archive instead of delete
An archived team keeps its seats and enrollments, dimmed in the admin and collapsed below active teams on the Groups Plus page.
Change log
An append-only record of seat, creation, parent, archive, member and leader changes, with the source of each. It also catches changes made by Groups Plus, other plugins and WooCommerce orders.
Leader auto-enrollment
Pick the courses every new group leader is enrolled in, with a one-time backfill for existing leaders.
Diagnostics
If the Groupboard screen ever times out, a standalone view lists slow table loads and slow admin pages, with phase timings.

Do I need Groups Plus?
Groupboard is built around Groups Plus style hierarchies, with parent organizations and child teams, and works alongside it. The additions to the leader’s Groups Plus page need Groups Plus. If you run LearnDash without it, use the free trial to check Groupboard fits your setup before you buy.
Does it replace Groups Plus?
No. Groups Plus is the leader-facing front end. Groupboard is the staff-facing back end.
Can group leaders use it?
Not the admin screens, which are for site administrators. Leaders get team sorting, student search and the archived-teams section on their Groups Plus page.
Will it slow down my site?
It’s built for large group lists: lazy-loaded rows, cached pages, precomputed counts and a Performance Mode. A very slow host can still struggle with a very large list, which is why the diagnostics view exists.
Will it change my existing groups?
Groups stay normal LearnDash groups. Nothing changes until you take an action, and merges show you a full comparison first.
What happens if my license lapses?
The licensed screens stop loading. The change log keeps recording, so you don’t lose history.
